Brush Gully Farm Bed & Breakfast is located 50 minutes north of Sydney at the base of the Watagan mountains, a short distance from Lake Macquarie. Newcastle or the Central Coast can be reached in less than 45 minutes, while Hunter Valley wineries are within a comfortable hour’s drive.
Your hosts Wayne and Denise Ford offer relaxation and country style hospitality. The property consists of a large homestead set on 53 acres of native bushland abounding with wildlife, and grazing paddocks containing pet farm animals. It is situated in a quiet, secluded valley with direct access to the Olney State Forest. There are 6 modern horse stables for those who may wish to ride in the state forest or just rest their horse on the way to an event.
Brush Gully is highly suited to group bookings for family re-unions, 4 wheel drive and horse enthusiasts or bushwalkers. We offer excellent accommodation in our 5 spacious bedrooms and living areas. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. Guests also enjoy the pool, spa and barbeque area. Daily tariff includes a large country breakfast including fresh eggs from our chickens and home made bread.
